IMPROVE YOUR PIZZAS!

Pizzas are one of the most popular dinners and meals that everyone likes. However, we tend to compromise on the quality of the product when they are really easy to cook. For this reason, we bring you the simplest pizza dough recipe we have found and we recommend you some pizza accessories that will make your pizza preparation even easier.

Ingredients
500 gr.strong flour
6 g fresh yeast or 3 g dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml.water
100 ml. olive oil

Steps
1. Mix the water and the yeast. Then add the flour and salt.

2. Knead until smooth; add the oil and knead for at least 10 minutes. To knead, you can use an electric stick mixer, which stirs the dough and makes it compact.

3. Place in an airtight container or cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 20 hours (overnight).

4. To roll out the dough, and give it the characteristic rounded shape, it is best to stain your hands with flour and spread a little flour on the work surface so that it does not stick. Do not use a rolling pin.

Now you can put the dough on the tray and add your favourite ingredients!
