There are few things as rewarding as being a «handyman» and being able to attend to your own household needs.
 More and more of you are coming to the Leonesa Hardware Stores to make your toolkit as complete as possible.
 First of all, what we always tell you... The best thing to do is to take an empty toolbox and put in it those tools with which we can solve almost all the unforeseen problems we may have.
 Of course, there are cases that are fully complete, but in most cases with many tools that we may never use.
 Here are the basic tools to get you started.

 -Hammer: This is perhaps the most essential tool. We have the traditional wooden handle, or the fibre handle. The latter is much lighter and absorbs more impact with each stroke.

-Pliers: The most complete would be the gripping one, as it has that main function, and usually also has a cutting option on the underside of the blade.

-Spanner: There are many sizes of fixed spanners, so the best option to cover all or almost all of them is an adjustable spanner.

-Screwdriver: The best place to start would be with a combination of interchangeable tips. They are usually of a lower quality than those of a single size and more professional use, but for domestic use they can be very useful.

-Assortment of nails, screws, spikes, dowels, plugs..: Many tool boxes have compartments with transparent lids so that we can see what is inside, in order to be able to classify these types of parts.

-Other tools: We can complete our «handyman's kit» a little bit more with some more tools such as a cutter, torch, some universal glue, saw, 3 in 1 oil, sandpaper, flexometer...
